Free Fiction Books

Sadly, I have had to stop the promotion below for now at the request of Amazon. The books will be on offer again once they tell me I am able. I hope some of you may still want to buy and read them anyway and that those who already downloaded them will do reviews.
Not what my regular readers are used to seeing from me, but this is my fiction writing and is free for you to try for five days. Hope you enjoy them. If so, please spread the word.

It’s in Their Eyes

BLURB

Abused or abuser, it’s in their eyes. Gemma was a child who knew all about men’s desires, but nothing else of life until she ran away from home.

Thanks to William and Louise, her life was to change in ways she never knew existed. Gemma later had an idea, which became her plan. Could she turn it into a reality, or would it forever remain a dream? With her friends Angel, Rose and Maisie she was determined to try. A story that might shock, make you cry or inspire and uplift you. Whichever it does, it is one you will never forget.

REVIEWS – It’s in Their Eyes

“… So well written it had me nearly in tears in places… this writer knows how to get into the minds and hearts of her readers. Fabulous, I cannot wait for the sequel.” FO

“Such a well written story for an extremely disturbing topic… ” KE

“Wrong to say I loved this book but it was an excellent book that I couldn’t put down, & bought the sequel as soon as I finished this one. It was heart wrenching at times but such strength & determination by the main character. Sadly this could be a true reflection of the world we live in today.” PAR

Sequel, HARTFORD

BLURB

Paedophilia was not as lucrative as it had been.

This story opens with disturbing reality in the first two chapters, before taking us to Hartford where sexually abused children are safely housed and cared for.

The very beautiful and determined CeeCee, plus her friends, Maisie, Angel and Rose were first seen in It’s in Their Eyes.

This much-awaited sequel follows on with their story, again adding twists and turns in ways least expected.

Despite accidents and murder, they are determined to continue their work saving as many children as possible.

Little do they realise the shockwaves it will bring and just who it is they’re upsetting.

REVIEWS
“Fantastic sequel to ‘It’s In Their Eyes’! Once again the beginning is harrowing with descriptions of vile child abuse, but necessary to the story. The twists and turns of the story keep one in suspense and breathless, and tears are inevitable. A must read, especially if you have read the prequel!”  A
“This is the sequel to “It’s In Their Eyes” and is another incredible book by Lorraine Holloway-White.
She continues to write about a harrowing topic in a very humane way.
I admired the strength and determination of the women involved, especially CC and Angel. Again, it’s heartbreaking to read but ending leaves you with a feeling of hope.” JR

“Even if you haven’t read the first book the author still gives you the background of the characters in this book so it could easily be read as a stand alone but I reckon after reading this you will want to go back and see how it all began. The author has done another great job with this book, I thought the storyline was really good and focused more on CeeCee and her friends raising awareness about abuse and the lengths that some people will go to to try and stop them…  and for me pushed it to a 5 star rating.” SH
