It is with horror I read today guidance and teachings by the new pope where he stated Christians do not have enemies, they only have brothers and sisters. What a dangerous and very wrong thing to state. Is he unaware we are presently in a spiritual battle that is only set to get worse due to bad leadership and guidance? Is he unaware even the Vatican and religions have Satan working within?
No wonder the world is in a mess. No wonder religions are in a mess. No wonder there are fake visionaries, saints and more when the very one meant to lead, guide and teach is unable to do those things and has no discernment, no understanding of the desperate state the world is in; when the one meant to lead and guide is unaware we’re in a spiritual battle with many enemies even within one’s own chosen faith.
We have enemies everywhere trying to turn us from God, from doing His will, from trusting in Him, hoping in Him, stopping us doing as He asks of us. Pope Leo’s words are encouraging people to not discern, not to test, not to stand up against Satan and those who work with him, who allow him to take over their souls as they turn from God causing disruption, division and disharmony everywhere we look.
The Vatican has Satan within its inner working; within many meant to be serving God, but who instead are teaching, as Pope Leo just taught us, to ignore enemies, pretend we have no enemies, to basically, not fight in this spiritual battle for goodness versus evil, to not to destroy and cast out the evil that’s around us everywhere.
God taught us to love the neighbours as thyself. Is the guidance by the pope saying we have no enemies in Christianity only brothers and sisters, just some twisted form of this teaching of Christ’s that he’s not understanding the real meaning of? I do hope not. Yes, we must learn to love our enemies, to love our neighbour no matter how bad their deeds and to forgive, but what we are not meant to do, what Christ never said for us to do, is to ignore those bad deeds to believe we have no enemies and have no need to fight. He never told us to ignore their badness, pretend it isn’t happening, nor did he say not to punish their deeds.
No, instead, we can dislike and abhor their badness, we can punish them, but what we cannot do is judge WHY they did those deeds as we do not know what causes anyone to do what they do. Only God knows what lies in anyone’s hearts and that form of judgement is His alone. Discernment tells us what is badness, what and who is to be avoided and is a form of judgement, but we are judging their deeds, words and actions, not the person themselves. Very different thing that most people are confused by.
I ask you today to be on your guard. To ignore the pope’s teachings and guidance in this matter as he isn’t teaching this properly in its fullness. He has left it wide open to misinterpretation, which is dangerous. I urge you to be aware we have enemies all around us every day. Those of us who love and serve God in ways HE asks of us are in danger of attack by enemies earthly and spiritual every moment of our lives. We have to be vigilant, we have to test at all times, we have to destroy the enemy that is working inside each of us trying hard to steal and destroy our souls.
Whatever is this pope thinking of speaking as he did, guiding in this matter as he did, believing this to be good guidance when it’s in fact very dangerous, bad teachings and guidance? He is not there to be liked or to be a people pleaser. He is not elected into that position to be weak and be pleasant to everyone, he is there to work for God at all times. To guide, teach and make people recognise there is badness in this world and beyond that needs to be fought.
To fight for God, to banish all evil, all enemies that seek to destroy us and omit God from this world is what those loving God are called to do. If you listen to this teaching that we have no enemies, then on your heads be it, but if you truly love God and wish to serve and obey Him, I beg you to ignore those words about Christians having no enemies. We do, Satan is desperate to attack us and make us stop fighting.
Do not be influenced by such misdirection. It’s time you all started to question just what you’re being guided in, taught to do and told how to behave. Listen ONLY to God, do ONLY as God asks, behave as GOD asks us to behave and fight your enemies as GOD asks you to do. Put on your spiritual armour, fight the good fight. As Peter tells us (1 Peter 5:8) “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” That enemy is in the world and in people who cast God out of their lives.
Our enemy may well be the devil and his demons, but remember, if we don’t have God in our hearts, minds and bodies, we have Satan in there instead. Every day, every human being has to fight good versus evil, whether to do good or bad deeds, to be a good or bad person. Abuse, hate, greed, materialism and division are seen everywhere we look. These things and more are the enemy within those people, within their souls and we have to fight every day not to be as them and to overcome them.
To say we have no enemies is wrong, is bad, is dangerous. Satan is everywhere and the people he attacks the most are those who know, love and serve God. As believers in God, as people who serve Him, obey Him and try to be as Him as asked of us, our enemies are great indeed be it of this world or in spiritual realms. Be on your guard and fight with all you have every minute against the many enemies out to steal your soul.
