Many people today call themselves by elevated titles aimed at attracting as many people as they can who are obsessed with all things claiming to be of the supernatural whether godly or not. Prophets, seers, mystics, visionaries, psychics, mediums, angel channellers are just some of the titles people give themselves, but how many are genuine? Far more important a question we should all be asking, is how many are of good and God and how many are deceptive?
Not everyone calling themselves any of the above are deliberately trying to deceive the gullible, or those obsessed by such things, for they too are often being deceived themselves and believe what they’re claiming to do is genuine. They think it is genuine, because the unscrupulous who ‘taught’ them said it is and because no one tests a thing.
The question we have to ask of them and ourselves is what does anything they do achieve. For those claiming to do this work, ask yourselves these same questions below about whether your work achieves for you, and the people who come to you, what is listed below.
Is it free or paid for? Does it bring you closer to God, make you look deeper inside yourself to find your faults and failings so you’ll grow and improve? Does it bring you comfort about your loved ones who have died so you feel no need to keep seeking anymore? Does it make you realise how without God we are nothing and that our lives can be taken in a moment, that we’re not the masters of our own destiny and time on this earth?
Those are just the very basic questions all of you should be asking of yourselves and others. There are many more besides, but this is the simple basic testing we should all be doing when either claiming to have supernatural gifts or if following or going to those who say they have them.
If you can’t answer yes to any of the above, then chances are nothing you say, do, hear, sell or pay for is genuine or from the right place. Is all of it done for the glory of the one claiming to have such gifts, or is all glory always given to God? Do such people ‘perform’ to audiences and the public en masse, or are they private and humble? Do their alleged prophecies come with specific messages and guidance rather than generalised nothings that anyone could say, or are they just predictions with nothing else attached to them so they serve no actual purpose?
Basic testing is something we should all be doing, but sadly, very few do. Priests and religious these days are no better. They believe fanatically just as others do who they are meant to be teaching against such fanaticism and blind acceptance. The more that’s claimed by people with titles, or the more elevated their chosen titles are, the more they perform in public to great crowds, or the more they charge, the more overly and exaggeratedly pious they appear to be, the more these people are believed. These are also the ones least likely to be genuine.
The fact is, most people today prefer fakery. They don’t want to test. They don’t care if it’s real or false. They don’t care if it’s from the right or wrong place. They don’t care how much money they spend on such things, nor how addicted they’ve become. They just want fantasy, magic and tales of the supernatural, to pretend they can speak to the dead, but most want it without God or heaven having anything to do with it. The majority of people don’t believe in God, nor Satan, nor heaven or hell. That’s the sad reality.
What of those who say they do believe in God, Satan and the punishments or rewards on leaving this earthly world of ours? How are they any different than those following mediums, angel channellers and the rest or those offering false practices such as Reiki while calling themselves ‘Master’ and similar? They aren’t any different at all, but they are worse.
They’re worse because they claim to know God, to follow or serve Him, yet they refuse to test as asked by Him. They too are easily taken in by wildly exaggerated generalities and claims and titles. The more fanatical and fantastical the claims or behaviour, the more they’ll be in awe and less likely to test or question anyone or anything.
The plain truth is, very few like humility or anyone displaying humility. They want grand gestures, claims and behaviour. They want stage acts or public displays whether holy or otherwise. People love drama and hype. No one wants to be told or advised to test. For to do so means you’re implying they’re being somehow duped and are questioning their intelligence. The fact they are being duped is beyond their comprehension.
For many years I’ve tried to teach these things, give guidance, advice and share what I believe I’ve been asked to share. I don’t use fancy names or titles, I have no need. I give glory only to God, His holy Mother and to heaven. For now, my teachings and guidance often fall short of their target as I refuse to perform, charge or offer the dramatics people lust for.
I’ve turned down international magazine deals and more as they wanted me to do those things others are only too happy to do in order to attract audiences and fanatical followers. My books may be left unread and ignored by most due to this, but I’m not prepared to sell my soul to the devil to get sales or anything else and nor should anyone.
I might often fly under the radar compared to the show people, but soon, people are going to have to wake up, because God has already started to act just as we were warned He would. People are oblivious about what’s happening and why it is, because they choose to be. Proof is around them wherever they look, but they choose to excuse it in any way they can rather than accept facts meaning they’ll need to change.
Well soon, things are going to start turning on their heads. World events will increase and happen even more than they are now in ways that won’t be able to be ignored or excused and brushed aside as they are presently. They’ll be left in no doubt something extraordinary is at work. Already people started to question, but then they were told it was large companies and governments to blame.
It isn’t. It is every single one of us to blame. Those blaming others and telling you to blame them are enabling you rather than helping you. It is when disasters come more and more, bigger and bigger, closer and closer and in places least expected that everyone will need to sit up, take note, start to question and test all they see, hear and are told. Until that day comes, more and more are being willingly drawn into a world of make believe and fantasy.
On their heads be it. On your heads be it. We make our own choices in life and those choices bring their own consequences. It’s just sad so many are being led blindly and unquestioningly into a world of fantasy, deception and drama rather than truth or reality all because they refuse to test a thing. Don’t be one of them. Choose wisely, discern and test, test, test. Not once, not twice but every time and at all times.
Matthew 7:7 – Seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened for you.
1 John 4 – Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out.
With God comes humility, with Satan comes Pride
